Local delivery schedule & limitations
We currently deliver in Harrogate, Knaresborough and the surrounding villages (e.g. Beckwithshaw, Burn Bridge, Farnham, Ferrensby, Follifoot, Goldsborough, Hampsthwaite, Killinghall, Kirby Overblow, Nidd, Pannal, Ripley, Scriven & Scotton) To rationalise routes and reduce fuel consumption this schedule applies:

• Harrogate/Starbeck: Tuesday & Friday 5pm - 7pm.[order before 4pm on delivery day]
• Knaresborough: Wednesday & Friday 5pm - 7pm .[order before 4pm on delivery day] 
• Local deliveries outside these times are by prior arrangement.

We regret that we cannot currently deliver temperature controlled items. By prior arrangement we will deliver to a third party.

Local charges:
Delivery is free for orders over £30. Orders under this amount attract a flat rate of £3.50.

Other deliveries
Deliveries outside these areas are by carrier. We will advise you of charges on receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we do not currently send goods outside the EU.

Guarantee, Returns and Order Cancellation
We are committed to customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order please inform us immediately by email or telephone and we will endeavour to resolve issues promptly and may offer a refund or replacement goods. Returns of non-faulty goods are at the customers expense.
